Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYCOMBAT™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography. Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ is an innovative martial arts and self-defense (but stressed by the company as non-combat) based cardio training program intended to improve your mind in addition to your body. This regimen, which Les Mills’ own website claims to be “fiercely energetic”, is just that. It is important to Mills’ company that they not only have incredible, up-beat music, but also that the class always has inspiration.
BODYCOMBAT™ group exercises are meant for teens as young as 14, to seniors who love to stay fit. It improves heart and lung function, enhances coordination and agility, and reduces the risk of heart disease.
BODYCOMBAT™ is addictive, but don’t overdo it. For best results try and battle it out two or three times a week.
After earning her black belt at a young age, Chelsea found a passion for Les Mills Body Combat. She is certified through ACE, Les Mills, and ISCA and recently completed her Precision Nutrition Coaching certification. You can expect high levels of energy and fun from her classes!
