Jennifer Ward RN MSN

I have been a Registered Nurse for 17 years, and I have been teaching fitness classes and coaching for over 20 years. My passion is helping people achieve and maintain their health, wellbeing and fitness goals, and I have taught Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat, Barre, Yoga and Muscle Conditioning. In 2016 and 2017 I competed in fitness competitions all over New England through the National Physique Committee. From 2008–2017 I was the prior group exercise director of Evolve Fitness. I am very excited to be back!
