Natalie Bayersdorfer

Elvie Mahoney – Cambridge
Elvie is AFAA certified and Les Mills certified in Body Pump, Body Jam, Grit and Core. She started teaching fitness classes 2 years ago but she has been a fitness enthusiast for several years and had been a dedicated participant in all varieties of group fitness classes.  

Elvie grew up in the Philippines, and has been a Cambridge resident for 10 years. She is a world traveler, an avid hiker, beach lover, and a foodie. She’s a proud Mom of 20-year old daughter Gillian, who is a student at Boston College and also a fitness instructor. Her professional life is in the audit world; she is a CPA, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner.

At Evolve Fitness, Elvie teaches Pump and Power classes on Mondays at 6 PM. Her teaching style focuses on connecting with members through demonstration of proper form, motivation to build stamina and endurance, and make them feel part of a fun learning community.
