EXERCISE OF THE DAY: TRX CURL UP AND PIKE The #trx is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment out there. Stick your feet in the stirrups and get into a plank position – the possibilities are endless! Here, I'm practicing an exaggerated plank (hollow) position. I pull my knees to my chest and exhale (curl up), and draw my belly button to my spine for the pike. Try it out – you won't need many reps for a great workout.
