EXERCISE OF THE DAY: KNEELING ANTI-ROTATION PRESS Core stability with breathing – all of our clients do some form of this drill here. Can you move your limbs without moving your spine? Do you have to hold your breath to do so? If so, you probably lack core stability. In this drill, the line of pull is off to the side and upward. Squeeze your flutes and pull your Ribcage down as you forcefully exhale and press the bar forward, being sure to move both hands simultaneously/keep the bar in a straight line.
