EXERCISE OF THE DAY: KETTLEBELL WINDMILL The KB windmill challenges both mobility and stability in a unique way. Head honcho Lucio Paoilini @uppercut37 demonstrates a proper snatch from a hip hinge style swing. After mastering the swing, maintain a nice solid rib cage position and snatch the bell. Hinge the hips back and rotate downward with a packed shoulder.
