EXERCISE OF THE DAY: GRENADE BALL PULL UPS There are so many different types of equipment these days, it's impossible to run out of options. @justinsorbo shows us one use for @elitefts grenade balls. They're little metal globes that hook onto any normal pull-up bar or cable. Whenever you're training your grip, you're training your rotator cuff to stabilize! Stick out your arm, relaxed, and make a tight fist. What happens to your shoulder? 😉 Chalk is very helpful for these ones. PS I swear I just finished a set of 50.
