EXERCISE OF THE DAY: DOUBLE UNDERS I'll be the first to admit that I (@justinsorbo) don't have this one mastered, but I'm working on it. Progress, not perfection. Made popular by #crossfit, the double under is a fun challenge and conditioning tool that challenges stability under fatigue. Keep the hands tight to the body and stay loose. Don't bend your knees any more than you would for a single under – form should be almost identical, with a little more airtime.
