EXERCISE OF THE DAY: STRICT RUSSIAN TWIST – a tough variation that doesn’t require weight. Here, @blumepickle adds a stability component to the Russian twist by not allowing any leg movement. Make sure the knees don’t move and shoot for 20-40 total. For a tougher variation, keep the legs straight.
