Coming from a childhood of physical health complications and a lot of relocating from place to place, the importance of physical and emotional health has always been something very important to Wally. He believes strongly in investing in personal health and exercise. Wally has a background in martial arts conditioning, and loves moving and discovering new ways to stay healthy – whether it be running, jumping or climbing. Marcus became inspired to start training when he was 19 years old. In college at the time, he self-motivated and started lifting in hopes to get stronger and faster to increase his performance in soccer and rowing. Today, Marcus has three years of experience in physical training.READ MORE
