LENA SIOTIS is hard working personal trainer who is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. She received her bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Fitchburg State University where she began her journey in the fitness industry. During her studies she accumulated a great deal of experience with athletes by working with the athletic trainers and after graduating she continued to expand into adult and special populations. DANA CAPIZZI, Personal Trainer
Dana Capizzi graduated in 2008 from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Gender Studies. She has since then earned her NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association) Certification in 2012, gaining subject matter knowledge that prepared her for everything from injury prevention to weight loss and conditioning.READ MORE
KARINA JOHNSON, Personal Trainer
Karina hails from Tolland, CT where she spent her childhood swimming, competing in gymnastics, and adventuring through the great outdoors whenever the opportunity arose. She graduated from Colby College, in Maine, where she competed in cross country and track all four years. She still runs competitively with New Balance Boston, racing in events from 3k up to full marathons.READ MORE
Jenna began her fitness career with martial arts where she earned her black belt in Kempo Karate and taught self-defense. She continued her active lifestyle through dance, focusing on Jazz, Tap and Ballet. After college she discovered the world of weight lifting and thriving on a plant based diet.READ MORE
