CRAIG HALPIN is a very passionate personal trainer that prides himself on strong relationships with all of his clients. He feels if you are not emotionally invested in making a change then change will never come. Craig received his bachelors degree in exercise and sport science at Fitchburg State University where he balanced being the captain of the varsity NCAA hockey team and his academics. After graduating he put his passion and knowledge to use, became a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for a wide range of clientele. Although Craig specializes in working with athletes he is very confident working with adults and people battling pre existing injuries.

Lena SIOTIS, Personal Trainer

LENA SIOTIS is hard working personal trainer who is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. She received her bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Fitchburg State University where she began her journey in the fitness industry. During her studies she accumulated a great deal of experience with athletes by working with the athletic trainers and after graduating she continued to expand into adult and special populations. She is confident that with the right tools and positive mindset anything can be achieved. Aside from her bachelors degree she is also Functional Movement Systems (FMS) certified.

ANDRE HARRIS graduated from Worcester State College with a Bachelors degree in Business Communications in 2007. After about 9 years in the finance and telecommunications industries and privately training athletes part time in the Metrowest area, he finally decided to pursue a full time career in strength and conditioning.

Dana Capizzi graduated in 2008 from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Gender Studies. She has since then earned her NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association) Certification in 2012, gaining subject matter knowledge that prepared her for everything from injury prevention to weight loss and conditioning.

Karina hails from Tolland, CT where she spent her childhood swimming, competing in gymnastics, and adventuring through the great outdoors whenever the opportunity arose. She graduated from Colby College, in Maine, where she competed in cross country and track all four years. She still runs competitively with New Balance Boston, racing in events from 3k up to full marathons.

BILL CLOUGH, Framingham Personal Trainer

Bill Clough has been in the fitness industry for over 26 years and has been a Personal Trainer for 17 of those years. Since he was a teenager, he has competed in 18 Bodybuilding Competitions. Bill has won 3 Bodybuilding Titles, including the 2005 East Coast USA, the 2006 NPC Grand Cup, and the 2008 NPC New England. Bill is certified through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and has extensive knowledge in Fitness Training and Nutrition.

Elliot Blume-Pickle, Personal Trainer

Elliot became a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer in 2011, but his passion for exercise and athletics goes much further back. He began exercising when he was 13 (chinups, situps and pushups) and has regularly participated in various sports since early childhood, including lacrosse, snowboarding, soccer, golf and powerlifting. This passion for physical activity and a love of teaching others led to Elliot becoming a trainer and sharing his enthusiasm with his clients. He became interested in nutrition and learning how to cook healthily in 2011 and graduated from culinary school, so Elliot is always happy to discuss recipes and how to make them healthier. He is finishing up his undergraduate degree in classics at Tufts University.

Jason has been a personal trainer at Evolve Fitness in Cambridge since 2011. Jason’s goal is to give both members and clients the best training experience possible while here at our club. He has a B.S in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is ACE certified, a Crossfit level 1 coach, as well as trained in FMS (Functional Movement Screen), allowing him to pinpoint imbalances and weakness during movement.
