Personal Trainer - Framingham
MALIA WAMBOLT is a wellness professional with a strong background in nutrition. Malia received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Framingham State University in 2016. Promptly after graduation, Malia received her certification as a personal trainer through the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). Since graduating, Malia coaches clients for weight loss, athletic performance, muscle development, and healthy living through nutrition intervention and personal training.
Malia began her fitness journey in 2010. Leaving high school out of shape and with little knowledge of nutrition and fitness, Malia found herself drawn to the science of nutrition and how it impacts the body. Malia began working with personal trainer Pinina Collett, and began to see the impact that proper nutrition and a sound workout plan had on every aspect of her life. Malia is passionate about encouraging and educating her clients to ensure that they have the tools to live a healthy lifestyle on their own.
