Framingham Club and Personal Training Manager
I started as a personal trainer back in 2010 when I graduated from Plymouth State University with an exercise science degree with a business administration minor. I obtained my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
In less than a year, I was promoted to fitness manager for the Boston Sports Clubs on Atlantic Ave in the Financial District. In less than four years, I was promoted to area fitness supervisor for all downtown BSC clubs.
My drive for fitness has always been motivated by sports – not only on the performance development side, but through injury rehabilitation. I currently play Division 1 rugby in the Atlantic Rugby Premiership and won a national title in June 2016. Playing at the highest level in the country has really taught me the importance of proper exercise mechanics and has shown me how to rehabilitate almost every injury.
Helping you achieve any fitness goal is what I do! From losing a few pounds for the big wedding day, to postpartum weight loss, to bringing up our athletic performance. Anybody will benefit from personal training.
Please don’t hesitate to see me if you have any questions and don’t forget to ask me about setting up your complimentary fitness assessment to ensure your current workout routine is right for you and lines up with your fitness goals. It is also beneficial if you are unsure about where you should start your fitness program.
