Spinning is an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. The instructor takes you on terrain that includes flat land, hills mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. You can vary the pace to fit your fitness level and have the opportunity to discover your athlete within!
Indoor cycling classes can increase energy, cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength. Depending on how fast you pedal and the amount of resistance you have on the bike, your heart and lungs will benefit, as well as your gluteus maximus, hamstrings and quadriceps.
