Karina hails from Tolland, CT where she spent her childhood swimming, competing in gymnastics, and adventuring through the great outdoors whenever the opportunity arose. She graduated from Colby College, in Maine, where she competed in cross country and track all four years. Wally has been a trainer for 8 years. Coming from a childhood of physical health complications and a lot of relocating from place to place, the importance of physical and emotional health has always been something very important to Wally. He believes strongly in investing in personal health and exercise. Wally has a background in martial arts conditioning, and loves moving and discovering new ways to stay healthy – whether it be running, jumping or climbing.
