Boris has over 35 years of experience in fitness and loves working with anybody interested in developing a healthier body.

In healthy a body is a healthy soul and there is no limit for self-excellence. Age, medical conditions, lack of time or any other “objective excuses” shouldn’t be as obstacles on your way to self-improvement. Everything is possible if you have a trainer you trust. However, you shouldn’t forget that you are the “main performer” and the trainer is simply your “conductor” only working together and for quite enough time you both can create the beautiful music of fitness and wellness. So, if you are willing to work hard under my direction I can guarantee your success.
