Boris has over 35 years of experience in fitness and loves working with anybody interested in developing a healthier body.

In healthy a body is a healthy soul and there is no limit for self-excellence. Age, medical conditions, lack of time or any other “objective excuses” shouldn’t be as obstacles on your way to self-improvement. Everything is possible if you have a trainer you trust. However, you shouldn’t forget that you are the “main performer” and the trainer is simply your “conductor” only working together and for quite enough time you both can create the beautiful music of fitness and wellness. Karina hails from Tolland, CT where she spent her childhood swimming, competing in gymnastics, and adventuring through the great outdoors whenever the opportunity arose. She graduated from Colby College, in Maine, where she competed in cross country and track all four years. She still runs competitively with New Balance Boston, racing in events from 3k up to full marathons.

Karina has coached cross country and track at both the high school and collegiate levels. It was during her time coaching that she became interested in the strength and conditioning aspect of an athlete’s competitive training. She earned her certification from NASM in 2008, and now trains athletes of all ages, as well as clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds.
