Types of Cycle Rides
PURE Ride: This ride is something for everyone with a mix of strength, endurance, challenges, hills and drills.
RHYTHM Ride: Every ride is a Party! Whether it’s 90’s Hits or Hip Hop vs David Bowie playlist, you sweat and smile.
HIIT Ride: Best of both worlds – power up your ride with the second half of class fusing weights and/or more.
April Colson, Cycle Studio Instructor
April Colson is a Madd Dog certified Spinning Instructor and also works as an Occupational Therapist. April recommends adding spin classes into your life as part of your self-care. April’s number one goal is for you to leave class feeling better than when you came in!

Rick Nelson is a long time cycling instructor and after 23 years in the industry has taught over 3600 indoor cycling classes. He prides himself in instructing a high energy, fun class and tries to help members reach their personal goals whether that be losing weight, getting in better cardio shape or cycling the next tough century ride.

Beth has been a restaurateur for over 25 years, and her passion for food led her to work out with a personal trainer. With his suggestion she began cycling and since then has never looked back. Beth become a certified spin instructor, and has been teaching at Evolve since 2014 helping to build a community within the studio.
