Marcus became inspired to start training when he was 19 years old. In college at the time, he self-motivated and started lifting in hopes to get stronger and faster to increase his performance in soccer and rowing. Today, Marcus has three years of experience in physical training.

Fitness Tip: Appreciate the small victories. Getting to the gym is sometimes hard enough, so celebrate every workout and don’t languish over the ones you miss.
Wally has been a trainer for 8 years. Coming from a childhood of physical health complications and a lot of relocating from place to place, the importance of physical and emotional health has always been something very important to Wally. He believes strongly in investing in personal health and exercise. Wally has a background in martial arts conditioning, and loves moving and discovering new ways to stay healthy – whether it be running, jumping or climbing. He is passionate to help others find their own way to stay healthy and exercise.
Health Tip: Everyone has the same amount of hours in the day but it is all about prioritizing those hours. You can do it.

Josè Medina is a native of Framingham, Massachusetts and a fitness Enthusiast for the last 24 years. He has been a trainer for the last 15 years.
Josè started at Evolve Fitness in 2008 as a Membership Consultant and shortly thereafter assumed the role as Sales Director.
Throughout his career, he has been able to work with different Fitness companies in different niches (Boutique studios, big box gyms, training centers, Etc) but Evolve Fitness has always been home for him. He brings his many years of fitness and gold ribbon success experience to his new role as general manager.
It is his core belief that in order for someone to turn exercising into a lifestyle, it must be simple, easy, and realistic.
