Mel has been a trainer for three years, and started training because she loves to help people. She’s passionate to help her clients see that if they work hard and put their minds to the goal they are seeking, they can achieve anything.
“The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow.”
Health Tip: Make sure you are eating healthy. Ask almost any trainer and they will tell you that regardless of your training goals, healthy eating is the backbone.
