April’s number one goal is for you to leave class feeling better than when you came in! It is her firm belief that when you work through difficult things in the spin room, when you prove to yourself that you can, you are learning a much deeper lesson. You will gain strength and confidence and that is going to infiltrate into every area of your life. No matter your size, age, or fitness level, you are always welcome in her class and you will always be challenged. April has the ability to see your authentic, strong, and beautiful self and will hold that image for you until you can see it too! She is a Madd Dog certified Spinning Instructor and also works as an Occupational Therapist. April recommends adding spin classes into your life as part of your self-care. Indoor cycling is not only going to provide physical health benefits, but it’s also going to decrease stress by giving you time in a dark room with kick ass music to focus on you and only you!
