Gentle Yoga Combines gentle asana flow, breath work, deep stretch and meditation to promote relaxation

Vinyasa Yoga-  A Flow of postures that links movement and breath to attain balance with mind/body.

Strong Nation-  Combines cardio kickboxing, bodyweight and plyometric exercises to upbeat  music.

Zumba–  Latin inspired dance fitness class for all levels.
