At Evolve Fitness we offer Vinyasa-style yoga which combines a series of flowing postures with rhythmic breathing for an intense body-mind workout.

In the history of yoga the sole purpose of practicing yoga was to experience spiritual enlightenment. In Sanskrit (the ancient language of India), yoga translates as “yoke” or “union,” describing the integration of mind and body to create a greater connection with one’s own pure, essential nature.

HATHA YOGA

The Vinsaya Yoga Flow starts with a dynamic but simple warm up exercises. Vinsaya literally means uninterrupted flow that adapts the styles of yoga but connects the sequence of postures.
