BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Often referred to as ‘Pump’ by those who love it, it’s one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.

The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning. With the latest chart-topping music, highly trained instructors and your choice of weight, get the results you are looking for – and fast!

BodyPump is a strength training class designed similarly to body sculpting that uses dumbbells and barbells. This pre-choreographed and branded weights class has been inspired by the song “Pump That Body,” which allows personal training program instructors to design slow to moderate squats and biceps curls focused on building muscular endurance.

You do not need any motivation to get that winter blues out of your system. The moment you step into the Zumba class you will want to shake it up with the beat. Imagine Friday nights dancing with your boyfriends or girlfriends using the new dance moves. They will totally look at you differently. Imagine the energy that you radiate when you are happy and enjoying the rhythm. Use the Zumba dance steps when you go out and dance with friends. You will become the star of the night with such fabulous energy you let out with your moves. Be hot, be sexy, be flexible, be a star with those hot Zumba moves.

Your muscles will feel a little sore after your first BODYPUMP™ class, but keep at it. It’ll get easier, we promise! After your first few classes we recommend a maximum of two to three classes a week. Remember, your body needs recovery time between workouts, so rest for at least one day between classes.
