Empowering Cardio Workout!

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Because of this, it is a class for exercise fanatics, as well as those gym goers who need a little bit more encouragement.

Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYCOMBAT™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography. Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ is an innovative martial arts and self-defense (but stressed by the company as non-combat) based cardio training program intended to improve your mind in addition to your body. This regimen, which Les Mills’ own website claims to be “fiercely energetic”, is just that. It is important to Mills’ company that they not only have incredible, up-beat music, but also that the class always has inspiration.

BODYCOMBAT™ group exercises are meant for teens as young as 14, to seniors who love to stay fit. It improves heart and lung function, enhances coordination and agility, and reduces the risk of heart disease.
